How does it all work?
It's simple, really. Just search our database to find the event you
want to attend. Fill out the order form, and use your credit card to purchase
your tickets. Upon confirmation of your order, follow the instructions
to print your tickets. A new window appears containing your tickets.
Print your tickets and bring them to the event.
By using BlueTix.com, you avoid the lines and hassle that come with
buying your tickets in person, and the uncertainty of the "Will Call"
system used by other online ticketing companies.
I had problems printing my ticket(s). What should I do?
Don't panic. Use Microsoft's Internet Explorer browser or Firefox browser, if you have
it.
Go to www.BlueTix.com. Click on "My Account". Log in using your email
and password. After you have logged in,
you will see a list of your ticket purchases. Click on "Print Tickets"
next to your event of choice. A new window will pop up containing your
tickets. If you are using Netscape, you may have to wait a while
for your tickets to render, so be patient. Some Netscape installations unexplainably
take forever to render the bar-codes. BlueTix.com is looking into this
problem, and hopes to have a solution soon. If, after following these
directions, you still cannot print your tickets, please email
info@BlueTix.com
and notify us of the problem. Include your full name and your order number,
as well as your email address and a phone number where
our customer service specialist can reach you.
I don't have a printer; can you send me a ticket?
Many venues have outlets where you can pick up tickets. OR, BlueTix can mail your tickets.
Contact info@BlueTix.com
to request your tickets to be mailed. Include your order number in your email message.
BlueTix will not mail outside the continental United States at this time.
Can my ticket be copied?
Sure, your ticket can be copied. BUT, the bar code scanner at the venue will only allow ONE
ticket with each barcode — the first one scanned — to access to the event.
If you copy tickets for your friends, you are at risk of your friend getting in before
you, and you will be left standing outside.
What happens if I can't attend the show?
If you are unable to attend the event, you can give away a printed
copy of your ticket, or forward the email containing your ticket to friends
or family, and let them print it themselves using their own inkjet or laser
printer. No refunds will be given for non-attendance.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are handled by each individual venue or event promoter. Per industry standard, no refunds will be given on
service fees. If the event is rescheduled, your new tickets will not incur additional service fees from BlueTix.
What happens if the show is canceled?
Again, refunds are handled by each individual venue or event promoter. Per industry standard, no refunds will be given on
service fees. If the event is rescheduled, your new tickets will not incur additional service fees from BlueTix.
